Terms of Use

Effective date: 12 October 2026

These Terms of Use apply when you use LOOM Weather (the app and its services, "LOOM"). LOOM is run by Riccardo Pittiglio, trading as LOOM Weather, Strassergasse 8-12/4/10, 1190 Wien, Austria ([email protected]). By using LOOM you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data: loomweather.com/privacy.

1. What LOOM does

LOOM suggests outfits for the weather, scores how well an outfit fits the day, lets you try outfits on as pictures, and gives you a stylist you can chat with. LOOM is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes, to the extent the law allows.

2. AI suggestions

Outfit suggestions, stylist answers, weather scores and try-on pictures are made by artificial intelligence. They are suggestions only. They are not professional advice, weather warnings or safety guidance, and try-on pictures show how clothes might look, not exactly how they will look or fit. You decide what you wear.

3. Services we use

LOOM uses outside services to work, including Anthropic, FASHN, fal.ai, OpenAI, Apple, Google, Open-Meteo, Supabase, Cloudflare, Cloudinary, RevenueCat and Sentry. Our Privacy Policy lists what each one does and what it receives.

4. Your account

You can use LOOM without signing in, or sign in with Apple, Google or email. You can delete your account and all your data at any time in the app (Profile, Delete Account). We may close an account that breaks these terms.

5. LOOM Pro and purchases

LOOM Pro is a subscription sold through Apple. Try-on credits are one-time purchases sold through Apple. Apple handles payment, renewal and cancellation; you manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting your LOOM account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

6. Fair use

You agree not to: misuse the AI features (for example, trying to make them produce harmful content); use bots, scripts or scrapers on LOOM; copy, reverse engineer or take apart the app; upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you have no right to use, including photos of other people without their permission; or try to reach other people's data.

7. Your content

Your photos, closet and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run LOOM for you, as our Privacy Policy describes, and for anything else you separately turn on in Settings (see the Privacy Policy, sections 8 and 9). This permission ends when you delete your content or your account, and we then delete it as the Privacy Policy describes.

8. Changes to LOOM

We may change or pause parts of LOOM. If we ever close LOOM, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance, stop selling subscriptions and credits from that day, and you can use your credits until LOOM closes. Refunds for anything unused go through Apple.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For anything else, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, including damage linked to clothing choices, weather or AI suggestions. Your rights as a consumer under the law are not limited by these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The LOOM app, its design, code and content are protected by copyright and other laws.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using LOOM and delete your account.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Austrian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your home country's courts.

If you live in the United States: any dispute with LOOM will be decided by individual binding arbitration, not in court, and not as part of a class or representative action (you waive the right to a class action). The arbitration is run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, including its rules for mass arbitrations. Hearings take place by video, or in person in the county where you live. LOOM pays all arbitration fees beyond your own filing fee. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing [email protected] with "Arbitration opt-out" and your account email.
